Sin: “missing the mark”
Transgressions: “willful trespass of God’s law
Iniquity: “the evil condition of our hearts

2.) Appeal to God’s Mercy

     Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love; according to you abundant mercy….

3.) Take Full Responsibility

    Against you, and you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you may be justified in your words and blameless in your judgment.

4.) Seek Heart Transformation

     Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me,

5.) Resolve to Obey
