Lead Pastor : Rusty Savage
Our Teaching Pastor is Rusty Savage. He has previously served at WFC as both Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor. He also formerly served as Lead Pastor at West Park Friends Church in Cleveland, Ohio.
Pastor Rusty graduated from Malone University and Ashland Theological Seminary. He is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry degree in Spiritual Formation. Rusty is married to Kara, a nursing student at Kent State University.
Rusty and Kara live in Salem with Duke the wonder-dog.

Associate Pastor: Tom Carnahan
Pastor Tom joined our ministry staff in January 2009 as our Associate Pastor. Tom and his wife, Pam, have two grown daughters and one grandchild. Tom serves in a variety of capacities at WFC. Currently he oversees our Care Ministries and Men’s Group. He also provides our pre-marital counseling to engaged couples and helps with pastoral care.
Aside from his work at WFC, Tom also owns an accounting firm in Minerva, Ohio. We are very thankful to have Tom serving with us in this new role!

Youth Pastor: Matt Fowler
Pastor Matt leads the student ministries at WFC. He has been our Youth Pastor since 2002. Matt has a heart for teenagers and a desire to see them develop a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. He is uniquely gifted at building authentic relationships with teenagers.
The Youth Group meets weekly for Bible study, fellowship, and activities. They also participate in several retreats and trips throughout the year as well as a cross-cultural mission trip each summer. Teenagers are an essential part of the Winona Friends Church family.
Pastor Matt is also a licensed teacher. He lives in Winona with his wife, Jessica.

Worship Leader: Lynn Reichenbach
Music is a very important part of our worship service. WFC is extremely blessed to have a gifted group of singers and musicians on our Worship Team, led by Lynn Reichenbach. Lynn wants to see Jesus Christ exalted in our services. She and the Worship Team work very hard to provide high-quality music that honors Jesus Christ and leads people into His presence. Our church is blessed by Lynn’s musical gifts and servant’s heart each week.
Lynn has two grown children and two grandchlidren. She lives in North Lawrence with her husband Dave.

Director Of Children’s Ministries: Julee Kelly
Julee began working as the Director of Children’s Ministries at WFC in November 2009. Julee loves children and her desire as Children’s Ministries Director is to help them see God’s value and purpose in their lives; to help them understand the importance of God’s Word; and to help them incorporate these truths into their daily lives.
Julee is excited to be co-directing the Kids’ Club activities on Wednesday nights, along with leading the new Kid’s Worship services held each Sunday at 8:15 am and 11:00 am. (On each 5th Sunday, we lay down Kid’s Worship and join the adults.)
Julee graduated from Malone University and received her Master’s Degree from Kent State University. She is married to Chip Kelly and has thoroughly enjoyed home-schooling their two children for the past seven years – Bridgette, age 13 and Mitchell, age 10.

Church Secretary: Becky Todd
Becky has been employed by Winona Friends since 1990. She has two children, Aaron, who is 23 and Kelsey, who is 21. Becky has been married to her husband, Ted, for 25 years and resides in Hanoverton, Ohio .
